Your role at Orbit.

We are recruiting a Director of Corporate Finance and Treasury who will strategically lead, develop and manage Orbit Groups loan portfolio, investments, banking and key funding relationship.

As the Director of Corporate Finance and Treasury, you will facilitate the strategic allocation of the group's financial resources to support operational and investment objectives, while developing funding, investment and treasury risk management policies and strategies and appraising new funding opportunities.

You will manage relationships and communications with banks, investors, financial advisers, analysts, credit rating agencies and regulators and enhance the profile Orbit within the relevant financial communities.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the group's annual treasury strategy and budget ensuring obligations surrounding funding agreements and financial derivatives are complied with. You will make sure a sound system of internal control and risk management exists and offer strategic treasury support in respect of growth initiatives. (i.e. M&A activity and joint ventures etc.)

This key role will see you engage with and provide support to the Treasury Board's and Group Board members, delivering and presenting financial information and providing regular reports and recommendations as required.

What will help you make a difference.

You will be CCAB qualified with demonstrable experience working in a corporate or banking treasury environments or other relevant industries. You will possess understanding and experience in the application of financial markets, loan facilities and instruments and associated legal process, hedging and forecasting techniques with experience of managing a complex derivative portfolio and understanding of regulatory requirements.

You will be extremely thorough with strong attention to detail and able to build robust procedures and controls that credibly challenge the status quo and continue to improve the financial performance and resilience of the group.

You'll be an influential character with sound communication and presentation skills with experience of managing diverse audiences and assessing and adapting messages accordingly.
