Job Description :

üUpkeep of the Branch and ATMüProfit & Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the branchüTracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the branchüLiability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition)üCross Sell of various Third party products and Asset productsüMaintaining & deepening relationship with HNI customersüEnsure Branch headcount budget are on-boardüAdherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitmentüEffective Team Management and building Team SpiritüLearning & skill development of the teamüEnsure Role clarity to employees in the branch and manage attritionüEnsure that the BEST template is fully updatedüEnsure that BELT is conducted on timely basisüComply with Bank's policies and processesüConduct customer engagement programs and marketing events.üDrive Employee Engagement activities in the branchüThorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and servicesüTimely communication of relevant information to the Branch employees for the smooth functioning of the BranchüEnsure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concernsüEnsure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the branch and for various product and servicesüAwareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standardsüEnsure safety and security of Bank and customer's assetsüEnsure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed normsüEnsure timely submission of MIS reportsü100% allocation of Service RM codes and quarterly reviewüTraining of KYC/AML on a monthly basisüProper implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relationship & BSD departments and to be reviewed at every interval
Qualifications :
Age:üMinimum 29 to Maximum 36 yearsEducation:üGraduate/Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university/premium business schoolsüAMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications will be an added advantagePast Experience:üGraduate/Postgraduate with 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, client servicing or sales roleüKnowledge of core banking systems and processes will be an added advantagePast Organization:üMust necessarily come from Banking Organizations' with minimum 2 years as Branch HeadOther Aspects / Skills:-üStrong written and verbal communication skillsüFully conversant with MS OfficeüExcellent networking & interpersonal skillsüStrong Decision making abilityüAbility to manage complex client situationsüSensitive to issues of confidentially and complianceüStrong sense of accountability and self-initiativeüGood Market knowledge of 'Retail Banking' or 'Consumer Banking' or 'Branch Banking'üGood knowledge of regulatory guidelines
