-Managing the day to day financial and accounting operations of the company.-To supervise and manage a team of staff in the following area:-Daily accounting operations (ie. payments and collections).-Accounts payable and bank reconciliation-Accounts receivable and reconciliation including point of sales.-Fixed asset management and inventory control and costing-Finalization of monthly management accounts/yearly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.-Coordinate year end audit and liaise with external auditors, tax agent relating to the preparation of final and tax matters.-lead and conduct stock take and stock take reconciliation.-Hands on knowledge in cash flow management and inventory control.-Assist in financial budgeting and forecasting, management and statutory reporting, internal controls, tax as well as review transactions and documentations.
-Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Accounting/LCCI, part professional accounting qualification or equivalent.-At least 10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years in supervising a team of more than 5 staff.-Proficient in Excel.-Proficient in ERP specifically Pronto system will be an added advantage.-Able to work independently with strong initiative, committed and also capable in working as a team to meet timelines.-dedicated individual who is meticulous and maintains a high level of integrity at all times with good leadership skills.-Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
