What You Do :

Generate insights from sales analysis /trend and provide actionable recommendations to sales/ marketing team.

Lead, manage, support improvement projects as an integral part of organization's long-term strategy, with a focus on lead-to-delivery sales process improvement.

Be part of operation strategy partner and lead strategy execute & monitoring processes to ensure the organisation achieve its intended targets.

Enable and enhance business capabilities / E-commerce adoption through effective use of digital assets, platforms (PALANTIR, TABLEAU, SFDC, SAP), processes and RPA to support the success of sales and marketing team.

Conduct market research to identify market trend & demand using both primary & secondary sources.

To act as liaison between sales, marketing, product, customer excellence teams by aligning objectives and priorities with respect to organization's long-term strategy.

Who You Are :

Min. 2 year of relevant working experience in quantitative, analytical, consulting, business planning, FP&A, project management & implementation related roles.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, having an MBA will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical capability and enjoy working with numbers to resolve issues/ identify trends.

Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel are a must; having experience in using analytics platforms e.g. Tableau, Minitab, QlikView, Palantir will be an added advantage.

Experience in project management and handling of ERP / CRM related digital platforms will be an added advantage.

Meticulous in nature and able to work independently to meet tight reporting deadlines.
