For our client, from SSC/BPO sector, prestige global company, we are looking for candidates for position of:
Senior Accountant

Main responsibilities:
- Manage statutory and management accounting for the company
- Support the activities required for building the regional finance and accounting services in the center
- Ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax/VAT regulations and internal accounting regulations and policies
- Ensure that management accounting is carried out according to US GAAP standards
- Review the accounting books and statements; ensuring the correctness and accuracy
- Support all accounting, banking and cash management processes
- Support management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review
- Budgeting for, tracking and reporting office economic performance
- Assist with external contacts, e.g. with financial institutions (bank), tax advisors, and accounting and payroll service providers (supporting process of issuing invoices, checking payments)
- Monitor expenses and compliance with the office policies and processing all invoices in banking and accounting systems
- Respond to colleagues' inquiries on financial policies and tools (e.g., expense reporting tool); provide training on relevant tools, as appropriate

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Finance and Accounting experience with knowledge of processes in a professional service environment; experience in accounting and taxes for Polish entities
- University degree, preferably in Finance
- Fluent English
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
