A great permanent opportunity for a full time, office based Assistant Accountant role based in Macclesfield. the role will be a mixture of transactional and month end duties.

Description
The duties include:
- Maintaining the Company Purchase & Sales Ledgers
- Invoice processing
- Raising sales invoices
- Credit control
- Banks reconciliation
- Processing expense requests
- Cash book maintenance
- Processing journals
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
- Helping with month end and management accounts
- Prepayments & Accruals
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role - Essential
- Be adaptable in the approach to work - Essential
- Have used Sage - Desirable
- Be happy to do both transactional and management accounts duties - Essential
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills - Essential
