Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting an exciting business and fantastic team in their search of a Management Accountant. Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be an accomplished, enthusiastic and ambitious Management Accountant and ideally be keen to progress your career and self development.

Duties and

responsibilities:

• Managing full month end close down and prepare consolidated financial statements for review.
• Preparing and producing monthly management accounts, applying useful commentary and presenting to budget holders.
• All statutory returns, Intrastat, ONS etc.
• Assisting with quarterly stock takes and supporting stores to manage admin tasks.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements to any and all business processes.
• Providing support during annual budgets and mid year forecasts.
• Maintaining records and assisting with auditing efforts.
• Resolving intercompany queries and assisting to stream line processes between other business units in the Group.

As the ideal candidate you will:

• Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA and looking to complete studies.
• Confident using ERP systems and have advanced Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables and Look Ups
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large sets of data.
• Strong organisational skills - including ability to organise and prioritise workload.
