Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will be given plenty of board-level exposure to aid your strategic development. And, with your boss also being an accountant, you will have support there for when things get a little trickier.

You will oversee a group finance function of 5 people and have full ownership of associated financial activities. Such as; budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, group treasury management, group balance sheet reconciliations, tax & compliance as well as year-end audit.

With a potential transaction also on the horizon, you will need to own the numbers and have the courage of your convictions when presenting financial information to the board or external parties.
