What You Will Be Doing

You will own a segment of our ERP (e.g. Procurement, OTC, Accounting or FP&A) and drive it to continuously improve. You will deeply understand the work your team is doing and investigate quality issues to figure out why they happened and how they can be prevented in the future. Based on your insights, you will propose and implement improvements that will make your team's work simpler and better.

You will be a key player in designing and enabling the finance organization of the future.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Treating symptoms as they arise; we want you to cure diseases.
• Developing investment strategies; this is an operations role.
• Project management and HR tasks.
  
  

Vice President Finance Key Responsibilities

• Continuously improve a finance function within our remote, 24/7 operation. You will be coaching a team of the best and brightest finance professionals in the world.
• When something goes wrong (improperly classified transactions, incorrect reports, etc) figure out why it happened, how to fix it, and how we can simplify and improve our processes so that similar errors don't happen again.
• Develop improvement plans that make our operations more reliable and efficient while providing even greater value to the business.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math/Science degree.
• Qualified as a CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or MBA
• Experience working in a Finance or Accounting role for a USD $100M+ organization
• Worked on at least 10 audits as a client or auditor with a Big 4 Accounting firm
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Deep ERP system expertise, including experience in system integrations and process design
• Great working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite
