An Interim Head of Finance role for a successful Construction and Property business in Manchester.

A successful and growing Construction and Property business in Manchester.

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of 6 staff, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and reporting for the business. This will include Monthly Management Accountants, Budgets & Forecasts, Commercial Analysis, key decision support and the continuous improvement of systems and controls.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant, with proven experience in an FC / HOF role. You will be used to dealing with stakeholders across a fast moving and growing business, as well as leading a finance team to deliver quality management information, in a timely manner. Previous experience of the construction and property sector, including Joint Venture projects, would be an advantage, as would previous exposure of Private Equity / VC funders.
You will be available to start at short notice and happy to commit to a period of 12 months.
