The Opportunity:

Maxima in partnership with our client are looking for an individual to work fulltime as a trainee Accounts Administration Officer.

This traineeship will you gaining practical hands-on experience, whilst studying to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Accounts Administration.

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to relevant stakeholders and produce high-quality work to ensure growth of the business.

Duties Include:
  • Data entry of accounts payable and receivable
  • Credit applications and checks
  • Administration of customer accounts
  • Account reconciliations
  • Purchase order Data entry and review
  • Support general administration tasks as required, reception cover and general administrative duties

  • Showcases initiative, display a positive and proactive attitude
  • Demonstrates high attention to detail
  • Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has effective organisational and time management skills
  • Competent using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
