Senior Manager, Credit Analysts

What will you be doing:
This role reports directly to the Regional Manager and is responsible for leading the front line credit analyst team within the Region, to ensure that the preparation of all credit analysis & submissions and credit related tasks undertaken by the credit analysts are completed efficiently, accurately and consistently.
You will primarily be responsible for 1st line credit leadership within the region, as well as identifying best credit practices, develop standards and implement procedures accordingly. This role is to be undertaken in alignment and co-operation with members of the peer group, under the guidance of the Head of Country Banking Analysts.

Who are we looking for:
To be successful in this role you would have at least 5 years' experience in a banking, finance or agriculture as a Finance manager or similar. Tertiary qualification in agribusiness, economics, finance, business or related discipline is desirable.
