About the job Finance Assistant / Executive (Accounts Payable)

Job Objective:

In view of businessexpansion, Carsome are hiring for a Contract Placement role Finance Assistant (AP),with the potential of conversion into Permanent role subject to his/her jobperformance. This role is required him/her to assist in the finance functionsto ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financial activitiesare execute effectively and efficiently.

Job Description:

AccountsPayable (Trade)

Verify and transactsales agent commission entry in accounting system.

Verify and transactpayment for car purchase entry in accounting system.

Prepare bankreconciliation.

Prepare direct debitletter for loan settlement.

Issue cheque.

Participate in monthly inventory stock count.

Toprovide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completenessand timeliness.

Toperform other ad-hoc accounting / finance related duties assigned by immediatesuperiors from time to time.

Accounts Payable(Non-Trade)

To transact non-tradetransaction and prepare for payment.

To manage corporatecard transactions.

To prepare petty cashclaim summary, reimbursement and reconciliation for admin and operations.

Toprovide support on month-end and year-end closing for accuracy, completenessand timeliness.

Toperform other ad-hoc accounting / finance related duties assigned by immediatesuperiors from time to time.

Job Requirement:

A Diploma / Bachelor'sDegree in accounting / finance or equivalent.

Preferably with 1 yearof related working experience.Fresh-graduate are encourage to apply.

Good command inEnglish, both oral & written.

Computer literacy,proficiency in Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Able and willing towork/based at Parklane Commercial Hub, Kelana Jaya, Selangor.
