My client is a house-hold name who specializes in the construction industry both locally and overseas. The business is expanding due to the growth within the industry and they are looking for someone who enjoys a challenge but is comfortable working with large volumes within a large team environment. They are needing a temporary resource to help on a 3-month basis whilst they go through a period of change.

The Role

Working in a wider team of 8 who make up the Credit team for the North Island, you will be reporting into the Credit Manager and your duties will include:

• High volume data entry and invoicing
• Daily Banking
• Bank Reconciliations
• Allocations
• Customer Queries
• Following up on overdue's
• Data maintenance
• Other ad-hoc duties

Your Profile

You will have experience working in high volume Accounts Receivables previously. You will be comfortable dealing with large volumes and have excellent communication skills. You will have intermediate to advanced excel skills and be comfortable working in a large team environment.
