Finance Manager (Tourism, Event and Visitor Economy Branch)
The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing Tourism, Events and Visitor Economy (TEVE) Branch's budget and financial, planning and performance reporting requirements, as well as providing expert financial analysis and advice in the preparation of briefings and presentation materials.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be required to develop close working relationships with key stakeholders in the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, the Department of Treasury and Finance and with the internal TEVE senior management team. The position requires strong finance skills, a relevant tertiary qualification, professional affiliation with either CPA or CA, well developed written communication and project management skills.
You will support the following key functions: budget and financial management, performance reporting, strategic and business planning and other key service delivery activities relating to risk, workforce management and other business administration tasks.
