How about managing an innovative team of highly skilled analysts within one of the leading financial service providers? As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will be optimising strategies across Operations including Collections and Recoveries and Customer Contact Centre strategies. The team are SQL users but with the current implementation of open source technologies, it's a chance to be involved with a cutting edge team harnessing the power of data within a household brand.

In short, you'll be using data to enhance customer experience and digital channels affecting a variety of different business decisions including credit risk and collections

THE ROLE:

• Manager a small team of SQl Analysts performing analysis, driving insights and developing business strategies
• Own analytics behind data-driven strategies and solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency
• Drive forward progression and innovation in the Data Strategy by implementing open source solutions
• Work with stakeholders to improve model use and strategies
• Optimise modeling approaches and introduce machine learning methods to enhance decisions
• Work closely with decision science, credit risk, marketing and insights, digital, operational and technology teams
• Take on a leadership role within the business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience leading a team of technical data analysts
• Experience designing data driven solutions or strategies, ideally within the FS space
• Experience maintaining, monitoring and optimising a Credit Risk, Digital or Customer strategies
• Involvement with the building and monitoring of statistical model and Machine Learning algorithms would be a plus
• Strong SAS, SQL, Python or R skills
