The Role

Reporting into the Project Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for:
  • Manage project financial risks including work in progress and debtors
  • Ensure all project accounting activities are completed in accordance to company policies and standards
  • Updating budgets in line with contract variations
  • Timely preparation of project invoices to customers, review billable and non-billable expenses
  • Support Project Managers in the development of forecasts
  • Prepare monthly project operating review including commentary on variances
  • Work proactively to ensure any project risks are detected in a timely manner, assist with improvement plans
  • Support continuous improvement across the business
  • Ad hoc duties when required

  • Your Profile

    To be considered for this role you will have approximately 5+ years Accounting experience, ideally coming from a project based environment in a large corporate. You will either be fully CPA qualified or nearing completion of your studies. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to adapt to new ways of working and not be afraid to use initiative to resolve queries.
