Job Description
New Account Development
To lead in business process from requirement until go live including meeting, system demo, gap analysis and testing Business Requirement Definition To evaluate the business processes, anticipate requirement, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions To lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies To provide solutions that meet business needs and requirement To handle change request raised by team or agencies for requirement study, impact analysis, solution and cost To involve/participate in system enhancement as and when needed or requested To involve/participate in new additional system requirement (i.e e-Works, Supplier Performance)
Documentation
To prepare and document every stage of system development effort following the standards and procedures: Gap Analysis Process Flow Implementation Timeline Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) Test Script User Manual Slides presentation (BA related) Change Request
Customization, Testing and Training
To perform the internal testing for: New development Change Request/System Enhancement Bugs To conduct the User Acceptance Test session To assist user on Train The Trainer session (1st session only)
Monitoring
To ensure the deliverable and time completion of projects/change request/enhancement according to the estimated timeline
Support & Services
To manage/resolve/monitor the log cases within the SLA To investigate and provide resolution for related issue To provide support to business services, business operation and technical team as and when needed or requested To work closely with clients
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Business Management / Business Administration/Sales & Marketing Certified PMI Project Management is desirable Demonstrate financial management and budgeting skills Make sound business decision based on data and statistics Ability to use Microsoft Tools well. Good communication skill in English - Verbal & Written. Utilize the latest technology to enhance the growth of an organization
