Your new company
Hays Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a leading training provider located in Doncaster. Due to a period of sustained growth, they are looking to onboard a permanent Payroll Officer to their team.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of HR, it is your responsibility to process the monthly payroll for the business. You will be expected to prepare payments, process HMRC submissions and provide payroll information to the Finance Team. You will be accountable for all statutory calculations, P11D and Pensions. You will create electronic staff files using Sage Payroll and will record and store staff details and contracts. You may be required to support and cover the HR administrator with regards to travel and travel costings.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that the successful candidate has recent and relevant Payroll experience, preferably using Sage Payroll. You must be able to work towards tight deadlines, whilst managing changing priorities at short notice. You will be a team player, personable and professional. Knowledge within pensions schemes and taxation would be advantageous.
