    The Role

    We are a leading provider of healthcare staffing, based in the Melbourne CBD, seeking a Business System Analyst for a permanent full-time position.

    Reporting into the GM Finance, you will work closely with the operational and finance users to support the system administration and configuration of multiple applications as well as drive the design and implementation of system improvements in-line with the business requirements.

    Skills and experience
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in FastTrack and Procura highly regarded along with experience in integrated systems
  • A financial background or experience in maintaining payroll and billing systems
  • Internal Stakeholder management with the ability to translate operational requests and suggest system solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Advanced levels of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in data entry and data management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a labour hire or recruitment company and/or experience working with homecare funding providers would be an advantage.

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor level qualification in Business or Commerce

  • Key Responsibilities
  • System administration - user access administration, support system configuration and maintenance of system business structure. This includes creation and maintenance of payroll and billing rates tables, statutory changes and user guides
  • Operations support - working closely with the operational teams and support data extraction, analysis and report development requests
  • System projects & integration - support implementation, integration of systems and resolution of integration errors
  • Systems improvements - proactively make recommendations for changes and improvements to business applications and procedures
