Financial Accountant

Hays are currently working in partnership with a global organisation with a turnover of over $60 billion. Currently going through a period of substantial transformation, they are looking for 3 contractors to assist them with an increase in their international business.

Duties will include:

• Maintaining key accounting records across all Group entities
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Fixed asset registers
• Preparation of month end reports
• Statutory accounting
• Contract reviews
• Working with internal/ external Auditors looking at SOx compliance

In order to be successful in this role you will be have previously worked for an international business and been responsible for entities outside of the UK. You will be used to working in a fast paced and high volume environment and have a strong technical understanding (e.g. US GAAP.)
