Requirements for the role:

1.Gap analysis - to look at the existing control policy ( newly designed) and see how the control framework for each product and region is functioning, how compliant are they with the policy in place, and associated remediated actions to be taken - the required control solutions are both tactical and strategic

2. BAU -monitoring and oversight of controls in place

3.Design of the target state framework - process improvement, analysis, assessment and the design part of the new target state control framework

4. Data analysis - this is a part of the design and implementation
