About our Client:
Our client is a well-established US MNC with global presence for more than 20 years. Currently they are hunting for a driven and experienced Finance Manager who leads the finance team with attractive remuneration package and benefits.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee entire Finance and Accounting activities of the company.

Prepare Group Forecast, budget and business plan and present on budget or plan.

Accountable for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flows in compliance withUS GAAP accounting requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits as well as regular Tax related audits.

Proactively improve and standardize business processes and internal controls.

Any other adhoc projects assigned by superior from time to time.

Candidate Profile:

Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional qualification, eg: ACCA, CIMA, CPA qualification.

Minimum 5 years relevance experience in US MNC, preferable logistics industry and team management is an added advantage.

Familiar with all finance and accounting standards such as US SOX and GAAP.

Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills.

Good oral and written skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
