THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are recruiting for a Finance Clerk for a non profit organisation based in Lincoln. This is a full time, permanent position.

THE JOB:

The focus of this role is to undertake a range of day-to-day transactional finance activities, including purchase ledger, raising orders, processing invoices (around 400 per month) and maintaining the supplier database.

You will also review the nominal ledger and providing analysis as required, assist with the preparation of other financial reports, as well as dealing with queries and general office duties as required. This role will require you to use PS Financials as the main system for which training will be given on.

THE PERSON:

The ideal person would have previously held this position or similar. As well as this you will be adept with Excel, and be able to work at pace, whilst hitting deadlines. You will be comfortable in explaining financial information to other members of staff who are not as involved with the finance of the organisation, whilst ensuring of a professional approach to all work carried out.

It would be advantageous if you have started an accounting qualification or AAT.

THE BENEFITS:

This role is a full time permanent position paying between £18,000 - £20,000, along with other company benefits.
