In this Accounts Officer role you will be working independently in a growing and busy team environment. Reporting to the locally based Finance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the team in the day-to-day financial processing and systems management.

They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer with demonstrated end to end experience to join their team.

Your main duties will include:
  • Account Payable/Accounts Receivable invoice processing
  • Banking and reconciliations
  • Petty Cash management
  • Client and staff reimbursements
  • Supporting the senior/managing accountant and wider finance team
  • Verifying financial statements, ledgers and accounts and making corrections where appropriate
  • Preparing profit and loss accounts sheet
  • Preparing the end of month reporting

  • To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • 2+ years experience in an accounts processing role in a corporate environment
  • Experience in Accounts reconciliations
  • The ability to produce accurate financial reports
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong client service attitude and enthusiastic approach
  • The ability to prioritise work and support colleagues
  • An organised and methodical approach to a task
  • Able to use your initiative and work independently.
