  • Who are we looking for?

    We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to provide a high standard of financial and administrative support within the Finance team and to the internal and external clients of AnglicareSA. As a proven performer, you will support our accounting function with responsibility for accounts receivable, credit control, raising invoices, and debt collection. You will bring exceptional attention to detail and be an excellent communicator, ensuring that customer outcomes are central to all decisions.

    What can you expect to be doing?

  • Verify, post and record receipts, investigating and resolving any discrepancies
  • Process monthly and quarterly billing to Community clients and Government Departments
  • Follow up on outstanding debt to ensure timely payment
  • Participate in improvements projects on all aspects of Accounts Receivable functions
  • Provide support in other administrative tasks as required

  • What do you need to bring?

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
  • Proven proficiency in the use of technology, particularly Microsoft products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • A self stater with initiative to solving problems and seeking improvements
  • Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance will be highly regarded
