A Management Accountant Role in a fast growing global manufacturing business
Client Details
My client is a global integrated company who are a market leader in manufacturing in their sector. They have huge growth plans for the future and are looking at building the finance team. The Management Accountant will prove to be a critical addition contributing significantly to the ongoing journey and expansion.
Description
They key responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
- Producing monthly management accounts + commentary
- Holding monthly management meetings
- Supporting with future system implementations and process improvements
- Payment runs
- Cashflow forecasting
- P&L
- Supporting towards annual audit
- Business partnering across
- Product costing and analysis
- Adhoc support as required by the finance team
Profile
The successful Management Accountant will have:
- CIMA/ACCA Qualified or QBE
- Full exposure to producing a full set of management accounts
- Proven track record of process improvements/implementations
- Experience of SAP - highly desirable
- Manufacturing background - highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The attitude to 'get involved' and support the business adapting a 'hands-on' approach
- Comfortable working at a fast pace, accurately and concisely
- A high level of Excel skills including V-Look Ups/ Pivot tables
