We are looking for self-motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk's who will provide a professional and timely accounting service in respect to all payments of invoices and expenses through the Purchase Ledger.

Description

• Ensure all invoices and Electronic Invoices are correctly matched/authorised before posting the invoice to the system
• Ensure authorised invoices are correctly posted to the system
• Ensure all suppliers invoices are posted to the system on a timely basis
• Make supplier payments on a timely basis
• Ensure all Department Spreadsheets and KPI information are maintained and updated daily

Profile

• Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to prioritise and plan your workload efficiently
• Able to process high volumes of paperwork and be proficient in MS Office
• Experience within the automotive industry is desirable however not essential
