Robert Half Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join one its established clients who are based on the outskirts of Leicester between both Leicester and Nottingham. The role is commutable distance from Leicester, Nottingham, Loughborough & Melton Mowbray.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the business is keen to hire a new Accounts Assistant join the team due to business growth. The role would be an ideal step up for a candidate who currently maybe in a Purchase Ledger role or you may be an Accounts Assistant /Finance Administrator. Tasks for the role will include basic bank reconciliations, raising credits notes, posting invoices, adhoc analysis and supporting the finance function with other tasks at month end.

The business has a great culture and the role would suit a candidate who may be looking for career progression in the future. It is essential in this to have a good understanding of Excel.

It is essential for this role to have your own transport.

The role has a salary range of between £18,000 and £22,000 plus benefits
