Doc. Sourcing team works like data factory to source documents to market intelligence teams. Team creates value to internal stakeholders through sourcing financial and non-financial data.

The Impact:

Sourcing has a vision to enhance the coverage imprint of market intelligence and explore opportunities to reduce manual sourcing & provide support in driving change management in line with unified document repository vision. The leader should possess basic knowledge about ML, Automation and data science - and define a vision for utilizing them for business transformation and enhance service offering. The Operations Lead will also be responsible for accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness of the document sourcing team. Candidate will be responsible for developing the talent development including leadership as the team embarks on a major content expansion project to start collecting additional environmental and social governance data. The operations lead will collaborate with local\global stakeholders to develop a strong quality and execution focused operations team.

Job Profile:

The position requires candidate to understand the business and identify opportunities to streamline business. The leader should have exposure to work closely with product and technology teams. The candidate should have mindset to simplify process through automation and product development. Candidate should have knowledge of Blue Prism, Python to drive business initiatives. Position requires candidate to work closely with stakeholders & evaluate workflow integration opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor's Degree and or relevant experience
4 to 6+ years of leadership experience in managing medium to large operations
8+ years of experience in varied roles and closely involved with product & technology.
Candidates with hands-on experience of projects on data extraction, automation, data science will be preferred.
Proven record to bring drastic transformation in group's performance through RPA automation and BPI. Hands-on involved in due-diligence, feasibility and execution of projects.
Should have been involved in business analysis, feasibility study & product development
Proven record to drive align and drive client experience - develop a high performance culture.
Excellent people leadership skills; should have been involved in career path and succession planning.
Should possessive mindset to imbibe technology to operations - core competency should be innovation and business reengineering.
Ability to drive process efficiency and create impact on PNL.
