Equity Associate (EE)

Job & Company Description:

This Multinational investment company is currently expanding their team in the Alternative Investment Space. This role is responsible for leading the origination and execution of transactions and hence will need to have experience in originating transactions, providing specialised opinions to external and internal candidates and assisting with the preparation of strategy documentations amongst others.

Education:

• BCom Honours
• CA(SA)
• CFA level 2 and above (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ Years of experience in PE/ Corporate Finance
• Experience in mezzanine finance, BEE, Preference shares etc
• Advanced Financial Modelling
• Good research experience
