Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the Moelis Australia's end to end payroll function (including assisting with outsourced payroll for offshore locations), considering dependencies and downstream impacts, and complying with relevant legislation and other regulatory requirements.
Administering and calculating employee benefits, commissions or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits and salary sacrifice arrangements.
Managing the ATO processes and payments related to employment taxes.
Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to identify appropriate opportunities for continuous improvement of payroll offering, processes and procedures (including automation) while driving execution of deliverables.
Management reporting for payroll and headcount data for month end results, forecasts, budgets and special projects.
Provide timely, strategic and specialist advice to senior management in relation to payroll, superannuation and employment taxes.
Manage the payroll mailbox to provide effective, timely and reliable customer service to employees and business partners.
Onboarding and offboarding of staff including assisting in verification checks and calculation of termination payments.
