SF Recruitment are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a well established business based in North Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced purchase ledger candidate to join a small and supportive finance team.

Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:

  • Processing invoices
  • Scan invoices on to the system
  • Clear authorised invoices
  • Deal with any queries logged
  • Clear unallocated cash if needed
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assistance of other team members


Key Requirements:

  • A methodical approach and have the ability to prioritise
  • A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Be proactive in their work
  • Support and effect change where necessary

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong Purchase Ledger experience
  • High levels of attention for detail
  • A Hardworking and proactive attitude
