We are currently recruiting for a Contract Delivery Manager to join our private sector and work in a revolutionary way across multiple contracts and clients. In this forward-thinking environment you will be enlisted to oversee multiple smaller accounts across a national platform. It's a very customer orientated position and you will be responsible for ensuring the company delivers its contractual obligations on time.. The successful candidate will be required to work from our Bristol office but sometimes on clients on Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm and you will report directly into the Account Manager. You will be rewarded with salary reflective of their background, skill set and experience.

Role Purpose:

To be responsible for the management of a number of client accounts delivered by our Facilities on Demand system. This includes responsibility for service delivery, client relationship management and performance management across a national portfolio of clients.The Contract Delivery Manager is a key role providing strategic and tactical operational leadership and direction within a defined number of clients across geographical boundaries. The role will also be expected to support on strategic national level initiatives to deliver ongoing continuous improvement and innovation measures within the portfolio of contract and our supply chain.You will be client and results focused, understand the key inputs for your contracts/clients and ensure commitments are delivered with the right quality and in a timely fashion and without compromise.Accountabilities &


Key responsibilities include ensuring appropriate contract level support and oversight of engineering activity is delivered within Mobile Engineering Services scope of responsibility and is completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required by Integral and the client. Ensure adherence and 100% compliance to Account / Mobile Engineering KPI's & SLA's.Ensure relevant client asset maintenance complies with statutory maintenance routines.Ensure improvement and innovation measures are identified and delivered.Providing appropriate oversight nationally of relevant supply chain partners.Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and creating a culture where high levels of client satisfaction becomes the norm.Appropriate contract level oversight of the activities of business or technical support or operations.Working with delivery teams to resolve operational issues quickly ensuring that client SLA/KPI's are achieved.Demonstrate client obsession and work vigorously to earn and keep client trust.Full understanding of Contract SLA and KPI's and delivers these whilst ensuring best practice.Drive usage of Integrals services by the client base utilizing the Facilities on Demand appWork with the wider team to identify and develop innovative means of communicating with clients and driving usageSet contract level priorities for the delivery teams to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with othersManage relevant financial metrics / targets including invoicing WIP and debt management.Identify areas to improve financial and operational performance within the contracted services and supply chain - lead these change initiatives.Manage named supply chain partners operating across the contract to ensure delivery levels are maintained and improvement initiatives are identified and implemented.Innovative management to meet changing business or operational circumstances.Qualifications & Experience:

Able to demonstrate exemplar client relationship management approachExceptional level of administration and organizational skillsIndustry relevant qualifications would be an advantageExperience of stakeholder management would be an advantageAn understanding M&E or Fabric disciplines would be an advantageComputer literate Word, Excel, OutlookAll candidates will be required to provide valid proof of Right to Work in the UK and ID at interview.
