SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fantastic business in Leicester. You will join a business who have a well-known name in the market and have been experiencing considerable growth. Our client is looking for an individual who can start immediately & hit the ground running. The role will be for a minimum of 10 weeks and will be remote based throughout the temporary period. The role does have the option of turning permanent after the initial 10 week period This will suit an individual who is looking for an immediate starting opportunity with remote working within an excellent business in Leicester. In order to start immediately the suitable individual will be required to have access to a Laptop/computer.

Duties to include:
- Upload invoices on a daily basis
- Scan invoices on to the system
- Validate invoices ready to upload
- Match order numbers/GRN's to invoices for first time pass
- Clear authorised invoices
- Deal with any queries logged, daily
- Clear unallocated cash
- Keep to targets given for specific areas of the Purchase Ledger set for the given region
- Statement reconciliations
- Answering incoming calls
- Assistance of other team members
