Halo Recruit is recruiting for a skilled, part-time Account's assistant for our well-established manufacturing client based in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire.

Candidates will ideally:

• Have previously worked in an office environment.
• Have experience in Accounts management.
• Be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Have experience in credit control, stock control, data handling, and other accounts tasks
• Be available for ongoing, part-time work.
• Have outstanding Maths and English skills

Roles and

Responsibilities:

• Credit Control
• Stock control
• Batching
• Scanning and filing hard copies
• Data handling
• The production of management accounts - preparing regular financial statements and accounts, such as profit and loss accounts.

Hours of work: This is a part-time position working 20 hours a week. Candidates must be flexible with their hours and must be open to overtime if necessary.

Rate of pay: £9.75 per hour.

Please note - this is an ongoing position that could lead to a permanent role after 12 weeks, subject to a performance conduct and attendance review.

This position also comes with career growth and could potentially lead to a full-time Account Management role for the right candidate.
