SF Recruitment are currently seeking an interim Finance Consultant for an investment business in Birmingham.

My client has recently received backing for a multi million pound property project and is seeking a Qualified Accountant to help set up their Finance function.

My client is ideally looking for someone from a property or construction background who can really make this role their own.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available and able to commit for a minimum of 6-9 months and be able take ownership of the following;

- Management Accounts
- Budgeting / Forecasting
- Setting up of bank accounts
- Meeting with stakeholders both internal and external
- Create and update meaningful reports
- Financial reporting
- Business partner
- Provide strategic guidance
- Create financial models
