Accounts Payable Manager temporary job role in an established Art Gallery based in the heart of London


Your new company
I am currently representing a well known and reputable Art Gallery based in the heart of the West End. This company specialises in contemporary and modern art pieces. The company have wonderful luxury offices and host a close knit and friendly team. Due to two team members in finance relocating during the pandemic, they are keen to take on temporary to permanent members of staff. This role will be based in the office with hybrid working on offer if the role becomes permanent.

Your new role
The duties of this role include full management of the Accounts Payable function, liaising with high net worth individuals, mutli currency payments, management of a Junior Accounts Payable Clerk and producing a finance handbook ensuring processes are documented and followed.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be immediately available and have had previous Accounts Payable management experience. Additionally it would be beneficial if you have had experience of working with an art gallery or have a genuine interest in art. They use the Sage system so any experience of this system would be a bonus.
