About You
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • A recent School leaver (2018-2020)
  • Residing in South Western Sydney
  • High level attention to detail
  • Demonstrated computer literacy skills
  • Sound word processing skills and software knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality
  • Sound time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to learn new concepts quickly and multi-task effectively
  • A professional approach, and above all a 'Can Do' attitude
  • Car and License preferred as public transport is not readily available

  • DutiesInclude:
  • Working closely with therelevant team including close interaction with the whole Shared Services Team
  • Provide administration support to the relevant team including filing, scanning, setting up meeting rooms and taking calls and messages
  • Maintain various systems such as XERO, HRIS, MYP and SCOUT
  • Other general duties in support of the over-arching business function
