Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Business Services/ Accounts Manager opportunity with a national firm of Chartered Accountants (in their Leeds office).

This is an opportunity for a talented Senior/ Assistant Manager looking for their next step up, or an ambitious Manager to join a dynamic, technology driven accountancy practice.
The ideal candidate for the role will be ACA / ACCA qualified with a wealth of accounts & tax experience from an established practice background and an excellent working knowlege of reporting standards, particularly FRS102.
The successful individual will take on responsibility of their own client portfolio from an array of sectors, involving the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, corporate/ personal tax compliance, providing advice and nurturing client relationships.
You will serve as a long-term advisor to your clients, leading regular client meetings, get involved in specialist projects and actively involved in business development activities.

The role will also involve supervising/ managing a team of junior staff, reviewing their work and providing technical support to the Partners.

Requirements:

ACA/ ACCA Qualified
Experience of managing a portfolio of clientsGood working knowlege of FRS102
Experience of managing junior staff
