-Collect and sort invoices and cheques.-Key in or type up cheques and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records.-Keep a thorough record of business transactions and enter data from daily work logs into the company's general ledger.-Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filing duties.-Manage customers and suppliers billing.-Manage daily sales and cash reconciliation in ensuring book-keeping is up-to-data.-Arrange and manage payments in a timely manner by utilizing the payment terms.-Verifying claims and processing orders.-Arrange and ensure that cash stores within the business outlets to be delivered to the bank on regular basis.-Supporting management and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks.-Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail.-Keep track of any consumer issues that require a refund and make sure that refunds are issued in a timely manner.-Handling general administrative duties and any other assignments given by Management.
-Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting-Min 1-2 years of working experiences-Computer-literate with working knowledge of Autocount accounting software and Microsoft Office.-Able to work under tight deadline or pressure and able to work under minimal supervision.-Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures-Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software-Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports-Accuracy and attention to detail-Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks-Data entry and word processing skills-Well organised-Degree in Accounting or relevant certification is a plus.
