About the Accounts Payable Manager Role:
The Manager ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintains accurate records and control reports, as well as reviews and recommends improvement for the end-to-end AP process, ensuring its seamless operations and connectivity to the GL reporting and Business Planning units.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly cashflow forecast

Timely and accurate payment of vendor invoice

Review of bank reconciliations and ensure all payments are timely updated in system

Prepare the Monthly Reporting of creditors ageing for submission

Manage the Accounts Payable team performance to achieve vendor payment below 60 days in the ageing bucket

Lead the team to continuously seek out improvement and establish appropriate controls over accounts payable policy, procedures and processes

To succeed in the Accounts Payable Manager job, you will need to have past experience of leading a team of 20.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or related discipline or professional qualification

At least seven years' working experience in related field, with experience in supervisory

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

Excellent planning, developing and executing skills
