-Responsible for data entry of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and Update payment transactions-Ensure payments make according to company's policies and procedures-Prepare daily and month end cheques for Vendors/Suppliers-Reconcile Vendors/Suppliers statement of accounts-To meet date line on month end closing-To communicate with all branches for daily payment processings.-Maintain a proper and sequential filing of all payment vouchers and invoices-Prepare, verify, and process invoices for services rendered-Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents-Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted-Ensure correct AR processes and standards are adhered to in accordance with SOPs
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English-At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
