You will have a professional, positive, and conscientious attitude, and be looking to develop your knowledge and advance your career prospects.-To prepare full set of accounting including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger-To prepare monthly closing and account reconciliation-To prepare Audit Schedules, support internal and external audits-To assist in planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labour cost-To assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and monthly forecasts for costing, absorption, and inventory-To assist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly Financial and Management Reporting, monthly Cash Flow Statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
We are looking for a pro-active candidate with experience in financial reporting and month/year-end close processes who is able to work under pressure and to deadlines. You should be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.-Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, having a basic knowledge of cloud-based accounting software platforms such as XERO, Payroll Panda, Paypal, Tradegecko, Stripe, and Quickbook-Must be able to work independently and preferably commence work immediately-2-5 years and above relevant working experience-ACCA, CIMA, or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
