Key Responsibilities

• Financial Statements and Profitability Analysis and reporting
• Profit centers, cost centers and internal order reporting
• Application of costing concepts in the analysis of different areas of costing
• Variance analysis and reporting
• Monitoring and reconciliation of production variances
• Month end closing activities
• Effective management of budgeting process with timely reporting to management for appropriate decision making
• Monthly budget uploads in SAP
• Provide supplement/special budgets after ensuring compliance of management approvals
• Monitor the budget implementation process and highlighting control weaknesses
• In depth expense analysis to provide input for cost saving
• Drive to continually improve effectiveness and technical skills
• Self training in new technologies, documentation and knowledge sharing

Qualification

CIMA qualified member and student

Experience

1-2 year post qualification experience

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to prepare reports, summaries and analysis
• working knowledge of SAP
• Grip on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS's)
