A leading manufacturer and production company is recruiting for a Finance Manager (Johor Kluang) job. In this job, you will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

About the Finance Manager (Johor Kluang) Role:
As the Finance Manager (Johor Kluang), you will be responsible for leading and managing the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department

Review monthly reports including financial statements, cash flow forecasts, SST submission and sales, receivables, payables and related reports

Provide guidance to staff and/or colleagues from other departments on accounting and operational matters

Review income tax computation, prepare tax estimates and ensure an SST compliant procedures and processes are in place

Manage implementation of accounting system

To succeed in this Finance Manager (Johor Kluang) role, you need to demonstrate a high level of initiatives and judgement ability on financial information.

Key Requirements:

Qualified accounting degree with/pursuing CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc. is highly regarded

Five to six years of experience in finance and accounting

Strong leadership skills, passionate and able to inspire and motivate the team

Ability to work independently with an exceptional problem-solving skill and a technical aptitude to build controls and identify errors

Experience in audit, financial reporting, cost management, corporate tax and SST is an added advantage
