Embrace Financial Services are looking for a Customer Tracking Support Consultant to join the team based at our offices in Northernhay Place, Exeter. Within this role you will be required to proactively manage Mortgage and/or Protection appointments through to applications and maximise future Financial Services Customers and Appointments. Selling the service and highlighting the benefits of the Financial Consultants will also be part of your role.

Initially working on a small team of two, the successful candidate will be required to build good relationships with new customers and team members, but also with external 3rd party customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage FS appointments generated by the business for our Financial Consultants through to application by proactively using the diary system to ensure appropriate appointments followed up
  • Effectively manage Financial Consultants tracking pipeline and proactively chase parties in order to provide appropriate updates.
  • Ensure all customer information if recorded accurately on all systems
  • Meet agreed individual targets and work towards team goals
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships
  • Comply with all legislation, company standards and procedures

Benefits and General Information



  • Salary:
    £18,000pa
  • Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Basic Hours Monday - Friday 8.30 to 5 (open hours are 8.30 until 5.30 and will work 9.00 to 5.30 on set days on a rota basis with rest of team
  • Dress code - smart casual with dress down Fridays
  • Holiday entitlement is 20 days not to include bank holidays (increases by 1 day for each full calendar year of service up to a maximum of 25)
