An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Assistantto join this unique team of professionals.This Chartered accountingfirm, located in West Perth, offers this busy yet rewarding position where you will be responsible for the front of house duties. The role would suit a team player with excellent Customer Service skills, professional phone manner, excellent presentation, attentionto detail and the ability to work under pressure.
What you'll be doing:
Reception duties; meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Providing administrative support to the team
Ordering stationary, office & kitchen supplies
Receiving / sorting mail
Maintaining the boardroom and meeting rooms
Co-ordinating client documents, letter preparation, booking couriers
Data entry and updating ATO and ASIC information
Ad-hoc project work
What you'll need:
A minimum of 2-year experience in a Corporate reception role, preferably in a professional services firm performing the above duties
Professional phone manner
Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised, multi-task and use initiative
Must be proactive, organised and be self-motivated.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to communicate efficiently with clients and build rapport
Fluent English written and verbal communication is compulsory
