Michael Page are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a large public sector organisation based in Leeds.

The client is a high profile Public Sector organisation based in Leeds. They have been playing a vital part during the Covid-19 pandemic and they are in the process of setting up a new Finance Business Partner team to support one of their partner organisations and this is a great opportunity to play a really important role in the development of this team and the organisation. Description

As an Interim Finance Business Partner, duties of the role will include but are not limited to, leading relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, preparing and monitoring budgets, reviewing spend, communicating financial performance across the organisation, preparing management information, variance analysis, managing budgets, supporting with preparing business cases, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a fully Qualified Candidate ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked within the Public/ Not for Profit Sector previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have worked with stakeholders previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have managed budgets previously ESSENTIAL
  • Have prepared business cases and advised on risk and savings DESIRABLE

Job Offer

£50,000- £60,000 + Interim Finance Business Partner + Public Sector organisation + weekly pay
