Vendor Contract Management Officer (0-1 years)
Your field of responsibility
You will join us as a Vendor Contract Manager
Gain understanding of Credit Suisse's Vendor Management functions.
Own end to end Contract Management process, including SLA management
Review, validate & approve various contract types, vendor hiring requests. Build purchase requisitions & track approvals
Manage contract changes i.e. renewals, extensions, CCNs
Maintain contract inventory and other administrative tasks
Act as PoC for all partners regarding vendor contracts.

The team works closely with the global teams to provide end to end Vendor Management services across Group CIO.

Your skills and experience
We are looking for an experienced individual for Vendor Contract Manager role with following skillset:
Technical Skills
6 months to 1 year experienced resource with an experience on Back Office Operations, Workflow Processes, Procurement or any relevant processes
Soft-skills
Proactive and resourceful
Willing to learn and understands the need of proper administration
A dedication to deliver services in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
Flexible attitude, collaborative work style and ability to think proactivel
Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
